Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of institutions on economic growth in East Asian countries. The research data were collected from 5 countries in East Asia from 2005-2020. Model analysis was performed using dynamic panel data using the Generalized Method of Moment Arellano-Bond approach. The results showed that Voice and Accountability, Political Stability and Absence of Violance, Government Effectiveness, and Rule of Law had no influence on economic growth in East Asia. Meanwhile, Regulatory Quality and Control of Corruption have a significant effect on economic growth in East Asia. Regulatory quality variable has elasticity of long term effect on economic growth in East Asian countries.
