Nusantara Halal Journal (NHJ) | ISSN: 2745-7834 is a scientific journal that is established by Universitas Negeri Malang (UM). Nusantara Halal Journal (NHJ) publishes original scientific research related to halal science, technology, management, education, religion, and other related aspects. Although Nusantara is used to describe the Southeast Asian Archipelago in this scientific journal, it is hoped that NHJ contributes to Halal awareness and research in Southeast Asia and the world. NHJ is published online, with a frequency of two (2) issues per year. The first issue is published in Vol. 1, No. 1 (December 2020). Besides that, special issues of NHJ will be published non-periodically from time to time.
