Indonesian Journal of Research in Physical Education, Sport, and Health (IJRPESH) (E-ISSN: 2986-8831) is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal published biannually (April and October) by the Faculty of Sport Science, Universitas Negeri Malang. The journal is led by Editor in Chief Prof. Dr. Sapto Adi, M.Kes., and all articles are assigned a DOI under the prefix 10.17977/um086.

IJRPESH provides a scholarly platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to disseminate high-quality research in the fields of physical education, sport, and health. The journal focuses on advancing knowledge related to physical activity, human movement, and sport participation in both educational and community contexts, with particular emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches within health professions, including physical therapy, sports therapy, and rehabilitation.

The journal welcomes original research articles, review papers, and scholarly discussions in areas such as physical education pedagogy and curriculum development; youth sport participation and physical literacy; physical activity for health and well-being; adapted and inclusive physical activity; as well as human movement, motor learning, sport performance, and injury prevention.

IJRPESH is indexed in DOAJ, Google Scholar, Dimensions, Crossref, and GARUDA. The journal is also nationally accredited (SINTA 2) by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia for the period 2023–2028 (Decree No. 0228/DTS/C3/DT.05.00/2026).
