About Journal's Name
Jurnal Inovasi dan Teknologi Pembelajaran literally means “Journal of Innovation and Instructional Technology”. The use of the Indonesian language in the title signals the journal’s regional focus and its commitment to advancing research that is relevant to Indonesian and Southeast Asian contexts. At the same time, the journal welcomes contributions from other countries when their findings offer insights that can inform or enhance innovation and instructional technology practices in Indonesia.
Journal History
- On September 21, 2014, JINOTEP was first published in the printed version with ISSN 2406-8780 and the full title, JINOTEP (Jurnal Inovasi dan Teknologi Pembelajaran): Kajian dan Riset dalam Teknologi Pembelajaran.
- On December 12, 2017, JINOTEP started using the Open Journal System.
- January 2018, JINOTEP Editor in Chief is Prof. Dr. Punaji Setyosari, M.Pd., M.Ed.
- On August 9, 2018, JINOTEP received the electronic ISSN 2654-7953.
- In December 2018, JINOTEP changed the article template.
- On March 20, 2019, JINOTEP unsuccessfully indexed DOAJ due to the limitations of the editorial board member and the confused license statement. Then we make corrections to the suitable inclusion criteria for the next submission.

Publication Schedule
Jurnal Inovasi dan Teknologi Pembelajaran was first published in 2014. Prior to 2020, the journal has been published regularly three times a year in March, July, and November.
Language
The journal has been publishing exclusively in English since July 2022. Prior to that, the journal published articles in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
