Call for Papers

Journal of Mechanical Engineering Science and Technology (JMEST) (Nationally Accredited – SINTA 2).

The Journal of Mechanical Engineering Science and Technology (JMEST) invites submissions for its upcoming issue to be published in November 2026. We welcome original research articles that present innovative approaches, advanced technologies, and evidence-based solutions in the field of mechanical engineering, contributing to scientific advancement and industrial development.

This journal provides a platform for scholarly discussion and dissemination in the following core areas:

  • Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Techniques, including composites, nanomaterials, alloys, additive manufacturing (3D printing), joining, and material modification processes
  • Energy Systems and Environmental Sustainability, covering renewable energy, energy efficiency, energy conversion, storage, and sustainable engineering practices
  • Structural Analysis and Mechanical Systems Performance, including design, stress analysis, dynamics, and performance of mechanical systems in aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications
  • Computational Modeling and Simulation in Mechanical Engineering, including finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), numerical methods, and machine learning applications in engineering

The journal encourages contributions that integrate theory and practice, promote technological innovation, and address global engineering challenges, including sustainability and industrial advancement.

Important Note:
All accepted articles will be published in English, regardless of the submission language. Authors submitting manuscripts in Bahasa Indonesia are required to provide a high-quality English version upon acceptance.

Types of manuscripts accepted:
Original research articles written in English or Bahasa Indonesia (with English publication requirement)

Issues published: July and November
Peer review: Double-blind process
