Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of using corrective feedback from Grammarly combined with notification activities to evaluate students' academic writing. A quantitative method with a quasi-experimental method design was used to analyze the academic writing of students in the fourth semester of the English Education department at a private university in Sidoarjo. The result of this study was that the experimental class had a higher average score than the control class. This is in line with a significant decrease in grammatical errors in students' academic writing in experimental classrooms. This proves that using corrective feedback from Grammarly combined with paying attention activities successfully reduces grammatical errors in students' academic writing.
