    Abstract

    This study aims to examine the implementation of inclusive practices at SD Muhammadiyah PK Baturan, and analyze its impact on creating a welcoming learning environment for all students, particularly in terms of improving academic achievement, social and em otional development, and changing teacher attitudes. Data were collected through interviews with teachers and parents, classroom observation, and analysis of documents related to the inclusion program, and then analyzed thematically. The results showed that the implementation of inclusive practices had a significant positive impact. Students' academic achievement improved, as indicated by an increase in average test scores and student activeness in learning. Students' social and emotional developm ent also showed positive progress, as seen from the increase in social interaction, self -confidence, and the ability to work together. Teacher attitudes towards inclusive education changed to be more positive and supportive, as demonstrated by improved skills in implementing differentiated learning strategies and the use of varied learning media. The use of student-centered learning strategies, such as the use of visual media, curriculum adjustments, and individual approaches, contributed to the success of inclusive education in this school.
