Abstract
This study is aimed to examine the effect of lifestyle and intensity of economics learning towards student’s consumption rationality mediated with learning outcomes. This study population is in class X of all High School in Ternate with sampling techniques of Multi Stage Random Sampling. Data analysis technique used is traditional path analysis model adopted from Causal Steps by Baron and Kenny. Findings show that (1) lifestyle have significant negative effect on the student’s consump tion rationality , (2) the intensity of the economic have study significant effect on student’s consump tion rationality, (3) lifestyle of student’s life have a significant negative effect on student learning outcomes, (4) the intensity of economic learning have significant effect on learning outcomes of economics student, (5) economics learning have significant effect on student’s consumption rational ity, (6) the lifestyle of students have significant negative effect on consumption rationality through the learning outcomes of economics, (7) the intensity of economics learning significantly influence the consumption rationality through economics learning outcomes.
