Abstract

This study aim is to evaluate the results of training participants in the planning of innovation and change management with coaching activities. The method of this study used action research to the planning, execution, observation, and reflection of the activity. The subjects were 10 participants of the training. The data is collected using direct coaching and distance coaching. The analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis. The results of the assessment concluded that the average value of the of participants in coaching activity of innovation planning is 81,09, consultation frequency of training participant on the project actualizaton is 82,7%, the frequency of consultation phases of the activity is 82,5%, and the average value of change management is 82,24. Generally, the results of this study shows that coaching activities can improve the competence of training participants in compiling planning of Innovation and change management.
