Abstract

The main objective of this research is to know about Monk’s leadership in educational quality improvement in a college. There are (1) educational system that led by Monk; (2) Monk’s leadership in educational quality improvement; (3) Monk’s strategy in educational quality develop ment. Research results about educational system that led by Monk are (1) aspect of vision and mis sion; (2) aspect of real educational system. In Monk’s leadership in educational quality improvement there are (1) Monk as ecclesiastic; (2) Monk as lecturer. As well as in Monk’s strategy in educational quality development there are (1) strategy in academic sector; (2) strategy in non-academic sector; (3) strategy in finance and (4) strategy in work field.
