Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describes about the implementation of character education in learning and to know the supporting factors and restricting factor in the implementation of character education in learning in SDIT Insan Sejahtera Sumedang Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach with a single case study. Data were collected by using indepth interviews, observation, documentation, and finally data were analized by qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the implementation of character education in schools is carried out in an integrated manner in all subjects, in extracurricular activities, and the activities of habituation. The results of this study are expected to be useful for educators and education personnel to make innovations in order to improve the quality of learning associated with the formation of students character.
