Abstract

This research aimed to prove effect instructional strategies of group cooperative on technical skills and self efficacy learners to technical skills with a quasi experimental methods. Research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Kupang, Indonesia. Subject is class X Audio Video Technique 2 with 40 people in 2015/2016 school year. Hypothesis testing using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). Results, there are differences in technical skills of learners who have high self-efficacy with low self-efficacy and interaction between the instructional strategies and self efficacy towards technical skills. Suggestions study, Self-efficacy of learners is one factor to be considered, especially on the practice subjects.
