Abstract

This research is aimed to describe how to manage internationalization program of International Office in order to bring them into World Class University. Internationalization program is a way to raise excellence factors, such as concentration of talent. I used qualitative approach and multi cases study to describe the management process. The result showed that internalization program management that consisted of planning, actuating, and monitoring and evaluation of internationalization program were done by all of components in each university that related to internationalization program
