Abstract
This study to help teachers to be able to carry out their duties and responsibilities to the maximum. The method used is a qualitative approach with case study design using an instrument of supervision. This study uses data analysis interactive model, including: data reduction, the data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of clinical supervision in improving the quality of teacher performance-should be reviewed again, so as to realize a qualified and competent teacher.
