Abstract
The objective of this paper is to discover the implementation of clinical supervision for improving learning effectiveness towards sport, physical, and health education in SDIT Bumi Darun Najah Lekok District Pasuruan. This study employed descriptive qualitative design. The data were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation. The data, then, were analyzed by using interactive method through data reduction, data exposition, and drawing conclusion. The result of this study showed that the implementation of clinical supervision consists of three stages, teacher in learning process is indicated less effective, and classroom management is still required to be improved. It is indicated that teacher encounters hindrance regarding learning effectiveness, particularly in encouraging students enthusiasim and conditioning students in the field.
