Abstract
Management of learning conducted independently, allowing students to study according to their interests and without coercion from others, so it will have a positive impact on learning achievement he achieved. This research aims to develop independent learning training package by using individual learning plan strategies for junior high school students. The development of training packages using the model of development research from Borg and Gall (1983). Based on the results of expert assessment and user training package independent learning by using strategies of individual learning plan for junior high school students have met the eligibility criteria and acceptance. Test the effectiveness of the various different subjects in future studies need to be done so lack the training package developed in this training can be improved.
