Abstract
This research aimed to help teachers reinforce their teaching skills in the classroom. This study was a qualitative research with case study design, it also uses the supervision instrument. Data collection was done using observation, interviews, and documentary study with used descriptive data analysis. The results showed that the implementation of clinical supervision in three cycles to improve the teaching quality runs well and affects greatly to the quality of teacher teaching and learning in the classroom.
