Abstract

Citizen journalism learning model is a learning model which directs a learner to analyze and make scientific article related to current economic phenomenon. This learning model is developed and conducted through Research and Development design (R&D). Before the research was conducted, validity examination was conducted. Validity examination result showed that this product is qualified to be implemented with revision. After that, effectiveness of leraning model was tested using experiment class. The experiment class was a student of offering D-D dan DD-DD Economic Development Department, Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Malang. The result is seen from mastery learning of students in experiment class. The result is 69% and was higher than control class, while control class is 56%. The attractiveness of this model is 77,58% (good) and the material understanding is 77,59% (good).
