Abstract
Teachers are still difficult to implement on the aspects of attitude, especially during the assessment and processing of assessment results. Development research aims to produce practical assessment tool, valid, and reliable. The study was based on ADDIE development model implemented five steps of analysis, design, development, application, and evaluation. The results of the evaluation expert validation obtained by percentage of 80%, which means it has a high validity, while the practicality of the product 92% included in the criteria very practical. Reliability test showed that there are five very good instrument and five are classified as good.
