Abstract

Communication is the important thing for each human life. Communication help people to understand about what the others say. Beside that communication also make someone to know idea of others. Communication is away to learn how to rearrange word so they can understand about our mind. Communication in this field focuses on written communication. The aim of this article is to describe analysis process of worksheet as atool to increase written communication skill in mathematics. The kind of research is qualitatative research. The analysis worksheet use standard communication (NCTM, 2000), that are (1) students write idea clearly, (2) students write the reason of their answer, (3) students give respond to others idea or thinking and (4) students rewrite the others idea or thinking with their own word. The finding of this research is this worksheet can not use as alternative to increase written communication skill in mathematics.
