Abstract

Quality management is the need to be prepared to increase human resources in the face of the coming era. Packet education is one solution in addressing the equity of education in order to improve the quality of Indonesian human resources. Packet quality of education must also be prepared to organize a quality education. The quality of education is able to be implemented with the Packet meets the four aspects, namely leadership, quality aspects educator, aspects of service quality and customer satisfaction aspects. The synergy of these four aspects are key to the success of a quality education that is realized well.
