Abstract
Assessment is a process to obtain and collect information about student learning outcomes. Based on observations found that the teacher can not compile an assessment assignment writing text exposition properly and appropriately. The purpose of this study is to develop an assessment assignment to write an exposition with an authentic problem stimulus. Research and development methods used in this research is the development model R2D2. The results showed that the assessment of assignment writing text stimuli exposition with authentic problems that developed is feasible to be implemented in the instructional text exposition.
