Abstract
One of the education system to equip students with the skills and creativity is vocational education. The equivalent of a high school, a vocational education there are Vocational secondary school (SMK). SMK scored the successor nation armed with skills, as well as the personal skill and have the desire to develop its potential coding. Competencies that must be mastered by learners that is the attitude, knowledge, and skills. In the learning, learners as subjects learn to hold a leading role so that required the existence of a creativity that is embedded inside a person. Creativity which belonged to students affected by the motivation of the learners themselves. The motivation that exists in a person called intrinsic motivation. The research design used crosssectional ex-post facto is quantitative. This research was conducted to find out the contribution of creativity (X 1), intrinsic motivation (X 2), and competence (Y). The population in this study are students of Class XI Multimedia academic year 2015-2016 at SMK Negeri Malang in the town which has a package of Multimedia and accredited expertise A. Sample techniques used in this research is propotional random sampling techniques. Data collection using question form and documentation. The results analysis data that is said to be normal, 0.353 creativity; intrinsic motivation 0.490; and competence 0.183; It can be concluded that the data for each variable is Gaussian (greater than 0.05). On the test variable linieritas has the value more than 0.05 it can be stated that the linear data. As well as not the case multikolinieritas and heterokedastisitas. Hypothesis test simultaneously, namely: 1) creativity contribute to competence of 0.294 2) intrinsic motivation contribute to competence of 0.276.
