Abstract
The purpose of this study is describe the developed learning devices and produce learning devices based on constructivist by Gagnon and Collay on graphing data for students in class VII criteria valid, practical and effective. This learning device development referred to Plomp development model. The validations result that all devices satisfied valid criteria, learning devices satisfied practical criteria with teacher’s activity classified as good, and learning devices satisfied effective criteria, learning exhaustiveness reached, student’s activity classified as good, and student’s responses were positive. The developed devices satisfy quality criteria, which are valid, practical, and effective.
