Abstract
Teaching geography intrinsically learners develop the ability to recognize and understand natural phenomena in relation to spatial and territorial. When learning georafi sometimes students feel tired and lazy to learn the theory because it is considered a difficult and elusive to participate in Field Work Lecture (KKL). Field Work Lecture serves to apply theory in the classroom to the field that would affect the learning achievement and learning effectiveness. This study discusses the implementation of the Field Work Lecture at the University of Malang, especially in Geography Education to improve student interest in learning. The method used is a qualitative method. The subject of this research is the students who will do this work field II. Data analysis started with an interview to the subject of research on the implementation of Job Training for data field while interest in learning to use tabulation and then graphed. Based on interviews Implementation of job training lesson in geography education majors University of Malang consists of three stages of the stages of preparation, implementation and post-job training. Besides job training was also able to increase student interest in learning geography because of the research subjects studied only a few students were not interest in doing the evaluation.
