Abstract

The focus of this study is the development of web-based learning media for teaching Informatics to Grade X students at SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda. This research applies a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D development model, which includes the stages of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The research process involves needs analysis, content design, product development, functional testing using Black Box Testing, expert validation, and user response evaluation. Three expert lecturers participated as validators, and the product was tested by 208 users. The validation results show an average score of 3.54 with a combined validity level of 88.5%, categorized as very feasible. Meanwhile, user responses achieved an average score of 3.16, categorized as good. The developed web-based e-learning media features an attractive interface, easy navigation, and interactive components that support independent learning and enhance student motivation in the digital era
