Abstract
This research objective is to assess the cooperation between PPPPTK BOE/VEDC Malang with the related institutions as a vocational training program. This research used qualitative design with case study which it aims at understanding rational reality as a subjective reality particularly within related stakeholder in cooperation as a vocational training program including (1) cooperation objectives; (2) cooperation principles employed; (3) cooperation planning; (4) cooperation organization; (5) cooperation significance; (6) cooperation form; (7) issues encountered and approach of solvency within the cooperation.
