Abstract
Human activities such as the conversion of agricultural land to unsustainable development, forest burning, environmental pollution and environmental indifference are factors of environmental damage. Low knowledge of environmental conservation requires education as a forum to improve the quality of human resources to be environmentally conscious. The purpose of this research is to know the participation of geography student toward environmental conservation through model of project based learning in green city study. The research design is a quasi experiment with observation data collection techniques, interviews and questionnaires analyzed using independet sample t-test. The result of research is the participation of geography student toward environmental conservation through model of project based learning in green city study.
