Abstract
The article aims to study the traditional expressions of language softeners representing sexuality in the Javanese folklore. The folklore that became a meticulous object is a popular tale from East Java & Central Java (Ande-ande Lumut & Timun Mas). The method used is literature study. From the analysis of research data, we get (1) smoothing language (kramanisasi) in the folklore are in the form of sentences & symbolic lexicons. (2) There is a formation of metaphorical terms / metaphors that result kramanisasi represent sexuality in the folklore for kids of Java society.
