Abstract
This researh aims to produce a model solution for pembinaan karang taruna. solve existing problems in karang taruna, these problems can result in programs to develop the potential and produce guidebooks which includes the coaching model for karang taruna with the aim to change the mindset. The research method was designed as a research & development, through the early studies and literature studies, planning, product development, validation expert, manual validation test, the revised model, and reporting. Methods used in the implementation of the model solutions that focus grop discussion. The results of product development is a guidebook that are contained within the model and guide to coaching karang taruna. Subject field trials is limited to the karang taruna that Dusun Dawuhan, validation is done to see the validity of products, validation is performed once by skilled and expert field PLS models. Results from a limited user test states that this guide fit for use for karang taruna who need a change of mindset.
