Abstract
This study aims to develop learning media booklets and videos of clean and healthy life characters using the ADDIE model (1) analyze, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The average percentage of booklet validation is 100% and the video is 96.89%. The result of validation by the media expert including the category is very valid. The result of the average practicality test booklet media is 98,90% and the video is 97,50% which is very valid category. The result of the large group test based on the paired T-test and the wilcoxon rank test showed the literate knowledge of the people in each kecamatan with p (0.00) <0.05, meaning that knowledge increased significantly, in the illiterate people in Kecamatan Bantur, p> 0.05 means knowledge Increased insignificantly, while in other sub-districts had a value of p <0.05 which means a significant increase.
