Abstract
This article aims to describe the implementation of learning Inside-Outside Circle (IOC) through Lesson Study (LS). IOC learning implementation is important in maximizing the learning activities of students during the learning process. The data collection method in this research using LS combined with Action Research (PTK). LS activity held in SDI Surya Buana at VA-grade students which has 24 total students. Data is taken from the result of student learning activity observation during the learning process. The results showed that (1) the student's activity can be optimized by the IOC learning model with more mature planning and preparation and (2) LS activity may contributes to the teacher to develop better learning activities.
