Abstract
Handout can help students to improve their lesson and help them accept new information easier. The purpose of this research is to produce a Handout for Biotechnology. This development model uses 4D Thiagarajan model (1974). Handout trial subjects include: expert media validator, material expert validator, field practitioners and respondents as many 20 students of class XII as respondents. Data collection technique is done by questionnaire. The research results of this study is the Biology Handout for Senior High School students title Nata de Jack Fruit has been done. This handout is worthy of being used as a learning media for class XII on Biology material.
