Abstract
A lot of students’ difficulties are caused by a poor understanding of the concept. It caused by the poor understanding of basic concepts and misconceptions. Electromagnetic inductions’ concept is one of the difficulties. The purpose of this research is to analyze the understanding of the physics education student concept. A total of 102 respondents from bachelor and postgraduate level were given three optional questions. The results show that there is a difference in the achievement of the correct answer on each item. Through the explanation of this reason it is known that the students’ understanding who have taken the course previously uneven. Therefore it is necessary to be given a lesson that facilitates students to learn well and maximally.
