Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the strategy to building learning community. The method of research is qualitative method of case study type. Technique of collecting data that is by arranging activity plan, observation, and interview. The conclusion of the research is, The strategy used is (1) humanistic approach, (2) participatory approach, (3) collaborative approach, (4) continuation approach and (5) cultural approach. The suggestion given by the researcher is (1) to the manager of Kampung Sinau, it is expected that this research can be a reference for program development and evaluation, (2) to Cemorokandang, this research should be used as evaluation material to support the program.
