Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the active learners in the learning process in a pandai besi. This study uses a qualitative with case study design using observation and interview methods. Learners on transfer of knowledge pandai besi is panjak with educators are empu and senior panjak. The panjak activity of learning to be critical success in mastering a set of skills that transfer. Panjak in their learning activities to observe, listen, practice and frequently asked questions. Pande is place learning activities where panjak work, pande others, and in the marketplace. The activity of learning other than on the basis of personal awareness, also created by the masters.
