Abstract

Geography is a contextual learning in the natural environment. Problems in this study to determine the effect of learning models Service Learning attitude towards environmental care. This study used a quasi-experimental (quasi-experiment)with the design of two groups: the experimental class and control class. Calculations were performed using t-test (samples independent t-test), the test results hipiotesis significant environmental care attitude of 0.000. It was concluded that there are significant differencesthe ability of environmental caring attitude among students who use learning model Learning Service and conventional. It is advisable to apply the learning model Service Learning in learning, so as to improve students' attitudes environmental care. Learning with this model, to enhance the knowledge and skills of students, because students are confronted with real problems.
