Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the influence using link map in learning cycle 7e on the student’s problem solving skill in static fluid. The kind of this research is qualitative research with case study approach. The techniques of collecting data are link map created by students and posttest result of student’s problem solving skill. The instruments that used in this research are link map in LKS and five problem solving question with reliability value 0,691. Sample in this research are 5 students from class XI IA 1 SMAN Kediri. The result of data analysis shows that students with ability to create link map correctly get better score than the other students. This shows that link map can help to understand and link the relevant concepts in static fluid and useful as a reference in problem solving.
