Abstract
Teaching materials are the most integral in the learning process. BSE Christian Religion Education (Pendidikan Agama Kristen - PAK) is a teaching material that can be used to achieve the standard of competence set by the government. However, it does not work effectively because of the reality in the PAK learning process in state schools or non-Christian based schools, students are not getting the proper learning. In the implementation of the learning is often PAK done by way of multigrade learning, where students from first grade to sixth grade into one class at a time. This right is caused by a small number of Christian students. Therefore it is necessary to develop a Christian Religious Education teaching materials that can be used together but can meet the competency standards that the government sets for each class.
