Abstract
This study is based on phenomena exploration and commitment career of students who are in the low category and causing confusion and indecision in taking a career. This research uses research design equivalent time series.Subjects in this study amounted to 8 students. This research uses data analysis with Wilcoxon test. The result of this research is an increase of score after given intervention using Experiential Learning model.
