Abstract
Motivation to learn is the driving or moving of someone to learn. Motivation to learn can come from within from the stimulation of the surrounding environment. Master’s actions are one of the forms of learning that comes from environmental stimuli. This study aims to determine the relationship of learning with learning achievement, teacher learning with learning achievement, and learning with teachers and learning achievement at SDN 029 Tarakan. This type of research is a quantitative research. The result showed there was a very strong relationship between learning motivation and teacher action with learning achievement.
