Abstract
The fourth industrial revolution and the presence of Z generation became the background of learning change of State University of Malang to evolve into the digital learning environment. Where the role of technology and ease in accessing all the needs is a thing preferred students the present. All students have gadgets and laptops and some of the time they have used to connect to the internet. Priority in digital revolution is done on the administrative and academic side, because both of them give each other influence. As an initial revolution at least produce 70% percent digital percentage and 30% non-digital. One of them is by improving the learning process in the network, providing a means of digital-based learning resources, enriching learning object in the form of video and e-book, and developing learning model that integrates technology. It also needs to be balanced with the improvement of infrastructure and human resource capabilities, since the majority of human resources are digital immigrants.
