Abstract

Critical thinking skill is important developed by learning in class for prepare student face development society. The aim of this research is to describe students’ critical thinking skill difference between students who taught by POGIL strategy and verification strategy. Research used quasi experimental design with posttest only control group design. Subject of research is 66 students from two class of X MIA in SMAN 7 Malang who have familiar cognitive knowledge. Research result show that a POGIL’s students have higher critical thinking skill than verification’s students.
