Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop and produce interactive instructional media that are valid, practical and effective for deaf students. The instruments used are validation sheets, of media, practicality sheets and effectiveness tests (activity observation sheets). The development model used is the Thiagarajan 4D development model that are define, design and develop without disseminate. This study focuses on the unit area and perimeter of figures that is learned by deaf students class XI. The subjects of this study were 5 deaf students in class XI of SMALB YPTB, Malang City. This study produced instructional media that were valid (score = 3,68 ) , practical (score ) and effective (score = 3,27).
