Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the motivation of students in participating in physical education Learning. This research used a survey that involved 659 samples. The test instrument was an online-based questionnaire (google form). The results of the motivation analysis data showed that the highest intrinsic motivation category is 24%, and the Amotivation category showed the lowest percentage is 16%. Thus it could be concluded that of the five categories that have been studied, intrinsic motivation was higher than other indicators. this indicated that there are still many students who take part in this physical education learning activity without compulsion.
