Abstract
The research was conducted (1) to describe transformational leadership, organizational communication, organizational commitment, and teacher performance; (2) to determine the direct and indirect relationship between principal transformational leadership, organizational communication, organizational commitment, teacher performance. This subject in this research was 207 PNS teachers in SMKN Kota Malang. Researcher used quantitative methods which was descriptive and correlational. Researcher distributed 107 questions of questionnaires. The results showed that (1) transformational leadership, organizational communication, organizational commitment was high, meanwhile teacher performance was higher, (2) there was a positive and significant direct and indirect relationship in the variables studied, except the transformational leadership of principals wirh teacher performance.
