Abstract
The purpose of this article is to describe the domain of skills that must be possessed by high school students in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Every change in the Industrial Revolution had an impact especially on the field of work which required the acquisition of new skills. This should not only be the focus of vocational schools but also other levels of education. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review and qualitative with a multicase study design. The study was conducted at a public and private high school in Malang. Literature search results show that the domain of skills needed by high school students to undergo the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the future can be grouped into 12 different types of skills, while the results of multicase research show that there are 3 skill domains.
