Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and determine the relationship between principal leadership, school climate, and learning facilities with the creativity of teachers as educators in SMPN Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design. The results showed that there was a relationship between principal leadership and creativity of teachers as educators with the weak category in SMPN Malang; there was a relationship between school climate and creativity of teachers as educators with a strong category in SMPN Malang; there was a relationship between learning facilities and creativity of teachers as educators with a strong category in SMPN Malang; there was a relationship between principal leadership, school climate, and learning facilities with creativity of teachers as educators with a strong categories in SMPN Malang.
