Abstract

The objective of the research is to find personal and spiritual values in the leadership behaviour of school personnel that can increase the attractiveness of madrasas. This study used a multi-site approach, with data sources using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis by describing data, collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions and analysing data across sites. The results in this study found that the personal value of school personnel that can increase the attractiveness of madrasah is the value of caring, sympathy. the ability to work together, the value of trust and humility. while the spiritual values of school personnel that can increase the attractiveness of madrasas are the values of kindness, empathy, integrity, encouraging hope and belief in the standard of excellence and the value of integrity.
