Abstract

This study aims to determine the character of the influencer in this novel. Starting from sociable behaviour, forgiving soul, helpful, and not giving up. This research is qualitative research with inductive method. The data of this research is the text in the novel. The source of the data is the novel Life Is Hard, So Gebuklah by Prie GS. This data analysis activity is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this analysis show that Ipung's personality leads to characters such as easy to get along with other people, likes to forgive people's mistakes, likes to help people who need help, and doesn't give up easily when he faces problems.
